FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Tickets

Can I get a refund for my ticket?

GENERAL TICKET POLICY

  • No full refunds or cancellations.
  • Tickets are transferable.
We understand all of us have unique situations, so please contact us with any questions or needs regarding your ticket by emailing hello@slowflowers.com. In these ever changing times, Slow Flowers and our venue partners recognize that county, state and federal health orders can occur and affect events at either or both of our Summit venues. During the public health crisis surrounding COVID-19, if a mandate is created within Westchester County or New York state that limits the size of social gatherings and impacts the 2022 Slow Flowers Summit based on the number of attendees, we will be in contact with all Summit guests regarding options and next steps. TICKET TRANSFERS For those of wishing to transfer their ticket to another person instead, post your request to the Slow Flowers Society Facebook page, and the Slow Flowers Summit private Facebook group (someone may want to bring a friend!). You are responsible for finding a buyer for your ticket, although we are happy to add your name to a list of sellers that we'll share with anyone who contacts us directly. Reach out to us at hello@slowflowers.com.

Health & Safety

Will proof of vaccination be required to attend?

If there's one thing we've learned the last few years of planning events, it's that a lot can change over a short period of time. Therefore, any recommended and required safety protocols will be determined as the event date gets closer. The Slow Flowers team continually monitors the current public health crisis surrouding COVID-19 and its impact on gathering safely. When making decisions regarding gathering in person, we take into consideration county, state and federal health orders, mandates and recommendations, as well as policies of our generous venue partners. We assure you that any updates to the recommended and required safety protocols for Summit guests will be communicated in a timely way. And we encourage you to reach out to us with any questions or concerns - anytime.

Program

Is there a chance for us to design?

Yes! Inspired by the Floral Design Takeover at the 2021 Summit, we'll be doing it again! Finding inspiration in our surroundings, each Summit guest will get to learn and create alongside others the entire second half of Day 1. In small groups, we'll create an installation that will come to the Days 2-3 venue with us, along with ceterpieces and more! It's an awesome opportunity to let your creativity flow and everyone is welcome - experts and novices alike.
