  • Can you accommodate dietary needs?
    Yes. We provide gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and vegan options at all meals. If something more specific is needed, email hello@slowflowers.com with your request and we will work with our catering partners and do our best to accommodate your needs. We'll also email all Summit guests closer to the event date to make sure we have dietary needs from everyone.
  • Can I bring a guest to Dinner on the Farm on Sunday?
    Yes - the more the merrier! Guests not attending the Summit are welcome to join Sunday, June 25 at the seasonal farm-to-fork dinner crafted by That Brown Girl Cooks! and hosted at a local flower farm. The dinner includes specialty cocktails and appetizers and communal dinner. Discounted dinner tickets are available at time of purchase of Summit ticket. Tickets can be purchased as a bundle with our 2-day Summit pass or sold separately. Take advantage of this exclusive dining experience.   • How can I connect with other Summit attendees?
    Request to join the 2023 Summit Facebook group where you can coordinate carpools, find friends to grab dinner with, or whatever you need! Follow the Summit on Instagram, too.
  • What tools or other supplies should I bring?
    All Summit guests will have the opportunity to experience flowers in our interactive, hands-on Floral Design Takeover on Monday. If your travel plans allow you to bring your clippers and gloves, please do! Otherwise, tools will be available to share among groups.   • What does the ticket price include?

  • Can I get a refund for my ticket?
    GENERAL TICKET POLICY No full refunds or cancellations. Tickets are transferable. We understand all of us have unique situations, so please contact us with any questions or needs regarding your ticket by emailing hello@slowflowers.com. ​ TICKET TRANSFERS For those of wishing to transfer their ticket to another person instead, post your request to the Slow Flowers Society Facebook page, and the Slow Flowers Summit private Facebook group (someone may want to bring a friend!). You are responsible for finding a buyer for your ticket, although we are happy to add your name to a list of sellers that we'll share with anyone who contacts us directly.   • I can no longer attend. Can you help me find someone to purchase my ticket?
    Yes! We've done so successfully for years - even before the pandemic - so we're happy to help this year, too. You are responsible for finding a buyer for your ticket, although we are happy to add your name to a list of sellers that we'll share with anyone who contacts us directly. For help transferring your ticket, we recommend: Email Slow Flowers to see if anyone has let us know they're looking for a ticket Post that you have a ticket available to the Slow Flowers Society Facebook page Post that you have a ticket available to the Slow Flowers Summit private Facebook group (someone may want to bring a friend!) Once you and the new ticket holder have settled up payment, email karen@slowflowers.com to ensure the registration system gets updated with the new guests' information.
  • When does registration close?
    Registrations and pre-ticket sales close at midnight PST on June 19, 2023. Tickets are available June 20, 2023 until the event date at the walk in registration rate. Register now!
  • What airport should I fly into?
    The 2023 Slow Flowers Summit's host venue is Bellevue Botanical Garden.   • Is transportation to/from the event venues provided?
    Transportation is not provided by Slow Flowers to/from event venues. We encourage Summit guests to join the 2023 Slow Flowers Summit Facebook group to connect with others regarding carpooling, etc. prior to the event. And, as at past Summit's, we are confident you will make connections throughout the Summit, including finding someone to share a ride with!
  • Is there a chance for us to design?
    Yes! Inspired by the Floral Design Takeover at the 2021 and 2022 Summits, we'll be doing it again! Finding inspiration in our surroundings, each Summit guest will get to learn and create alongside others a good part of Day 1. In small groups, we'll create installations throughout our event venue, along with centerpieces and more! It's an awesome opportunity to let your creativity flow and everyone is welcome - experts and novices alike. Check out the 2023 Summit schedule
